Mee Bandung
Ingredients :
1 packet San Remo Pasta, cooked as per instruction at the back
1 bottle San Remo Spaghetti Sauce ( I uses the Tomato, Onion, Garlic flavour - 500gm )
1 litre chicken or beef stock
1 bundle of green mustard / sawi, cut into 1 inch length
3 pieces of fishcakes, cut into thin slices
500gm of prawns, clean and trim
1/2 bowl of sugar
Salt to taste
Blended ingredients :
100gm onion
50gm garlic
15 pieces dried chilli, soaked and de-seeded
1 bowl dried prawns, soaked
Garnishing :
Red chilli, fried onion, parsley ( daun sup )
Method :
1. Cook the spaghetti in a big pot of boiling water till ‘ al-dente’. Set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Sautee the blended ingredients till fragrant. Pour in the pasta sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes.
3. Pour in the chicken or beef stocks. Bring it to boil or simmer till the sauce thicken.
4. Add in fishcakes, green mustard / sawi and prawns. Simmer for another minute. Then season with salt and sugar.
5. Break the egg into the sauce and once the egg set, it is ready to serve with spaghetti. The egg should have a semi cooked egg yolk.
6. To serve, scoop the spaghetti into a plate, then pour the sauce over the spaghetti with one whole egg and some fishcakes and prawn. Garnish with red chilli, fried onion and parsley. Serve hot.

Fruit Cake Made From Scratch
Mixed Fruit
Ingredients:
* 15g glazed peach
* 225g glazed figs
* 270g glazed apple
* 20g glazed pear
* 365g sultanas
* 70g mixed peel
* 45g rum or rum flavour
Method:
* 1. Cut all the glazed fruits into cubes.
* 2. Soak sultanas in water for about 20minutes. Rinse out.
* 3. Mix all the above ingredients together.
* 4. Cover and keep in the chiller for three days before use.
Cake
Ingredients:
* 230g butter
* 210g sugar
* 35g glucose syrup
* 235g eggs
* 115g low protein flour
* 115g high protein flour
* 5g vanilla essence
* 3.5g cinnamon powder
* 1.2g nutmeg powder
Method:
* 1. Beat butter, glucose syrup and sugar together at medium speed by using the paddle beater.
* 2. Add eggs one at a time, slowly.
* 3. Add a little flour if the mix starts to curdle.
* 4. Fold in the flour carefully (use only 90% of the flour). The balance of the flour, cinnamon and nutmeg powder are to be incorporated in the mixed fruits.
* 5. Last, fold in the mixed fruit.
* 6. Pour the cake batter into 10 × 21 × 8 cm cake tin and bake it at 160 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredient :-
1. Slide the potato into thin size and than Steam it before mash it
(Slide+Steam+Mash vs Steam+Mash is 2 different taste)
2. Mix Meat (any) + Prawn - Cut and CHOP into small pieces
3. Celery, Onion, Garlic, Coriander
4. Salt, Pepper, Soya/Oyster Sauce,
5. Egg & Flour
Mix all together, then make into ball shape size , then dump into beaten Egg, and then roll on the plate of Flour and put into the frying pan. Fry one side for a sec, then you turn it. Slowly press on top, so it look like HAMBURGER meat :)
Result = Taste pretty good though :)
Extra : it should go well with Onion + Tomato sauce
